What makes a perfume in a classic?

My relationship with perfume has not been easy. It is the sense of smell the most evocative and less educated; feelings of attraction and rejection are immediate and it is therefore difficult to hit with a fragrance.
My first approach to the world of perfume is visual, collect miniatures for years, is a collection of small, capricious, packaging that have made history, Lalique,
Loewe, Penhaligon's. However, choose and use a perfume is more complicated, we test, smell, feel ... Essences mixed with alcohol to a greater or lesser concentration are the basis for reaching the eau de toilette, parfum or eau de parfum. The "Made in" always in our minds is Paris or France, and almost makes us forget other places with tradition perfumer.
The Annick Goutal's exquisite store, Rue des Rossiers in Le
Marais Parisian, the Penhaligon's Gift package at Liberty in London, composing a world that not only appeals to our nose. Except some flirting I have been faithful to these four fragrances:
L'air du Temps, Ninna Ricci, for years considered one of the top five perfumes in the world.
Trésor, Lancôme.
Dolce Vita, Dior.
Lolita Lempicka classic, Lolita Lempicka.

These four perfumes are classics. There are high notes, but the casualties, which make up my choice: musk and sandalwood in L'air du Temps. Vanilla, peach and apricot in Trésor. Vanilla, cinnamon and apricot in Dolce Vita, and finally liquorice and vanilla in Lolita Lempicka.
It would be unfair not to mention the Arab perfumers (the Egyptians and manufacturing ointments), with natural essences, excite our senses. Getting lost in the medina of Sousse -Tunisia- to finds one of these old businesses and select a fragrance measure is an experience. Each mixture over our skin creates a new note.
Touch It!
